WARNING
We
are not pulling your leg with this warning!
Mr.
Crowley's
Experiment
gains its foundations of theme directly from Craig
Browning's own family ties to one of modern-day Occultism's foremost
personalities... Mr. Alester Crowley. Though the performance is 100%
theater, we have found that many people are psychologically affected by this
experience. Especially if they have known mental health concerns or strong
fundamentalist based religious beliefs (superstitions).
Mr.
Crowley's
Experiment
isn't only one of the most unique performances offered
through Surreal
Entertainment®, it is literally a one-of-a-kind program that
takes the audience into a seemingly genuine High Magick ritual, as is outlined
in a handwritten diary said to have belonged to Mr. Browning's maternal
Grandfather... a known student and associate of Mr. Crowley's... the insights of
this tome revealing the accounts of an ancient Egyptian Purification Rite which
proves the concept of an after life.

How It
Works...
As
noted Psychology is a primary ingredient to making this party theme
work. It is presented as a casual matter of happenstance vs. an
"entertainment" people are expecting to see at a mixer. Mr.
Browning is set into the mix as nothing other than a "friend" of the
host/ess who just happens to be a Psychic.
We
Stress... this is a very casual "backyard & living room"
type setting. Everything that happens appears to be impromptu, even to
the point of borrowing books, magazines, a water glass, candles, etc.
The Ruse...
In this
setting of 12-18 guests Craig Browning mingles and mixes into various
discussions, even accepting the request to do some short personal Readings for
those present as well as some more novel demonstrations of his unique
talents.
Eventually
the topic of Magick, Spirituality and Human Mortality comes to the forefront
along with Mr. Browning's admission to his grandfathers ties to Mr. Crowley...
thus the stage is set for what seems to be a very reluctant experiment that
takes your guests into the forbidden realms of esoteric phenomena!
Considerations...
Mr.
Crowley's
Experiment
works best with small groups of 12-18 (24 maximum) and
staged in the home environment. Cost is based primarily on time, the
basic program absorbing as much as 4 to 6 full hours of Mr. Browning's
day/evening. Thus, it does hire at a very steep premium, especially
during the months of September through mid-November (the Halloween season).
Off
season performances start at $500.00.
Those
serious about scheduling this program are encouraged to plan no less than
60-days in advance during off-season; at least six to nine months in advance
for prime/Halloween season schedules.
